Marketing Analyst

Description

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Analyst to help manage and grow our global marketing initiatives to support growth objectives. You will participate in all aspects of automation and operations including email marketing, marketing campaigns, lead scoring, lead nurturing, sourcing & attribution, reporting and integration with the CRM as well the MarTech stack. You should be an operations professional, able to leverage AI and collaboration, marketing and sales tools and well-versed in digital marketing and funnel best practices.

 

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage roadmap for ongoing optimizations
  • Assist in creation of executive-level reporting on marketing strategies, results, and roadmap
  • Uncover insights and make recommendations based off of this analysis and research
  • Distill complex marketing analysis into clear, simple presentations
  • Track, analyze, and report marketing initiatives
  • Create and distribute performance reports to key stakeholders regarding WTD/MTD/QTD/YTD program performance and progress towards established goals
  • Develop program forecasts and projections based on performance to date and expectations of future initiatives
  • Identify and socialize insights for program optimization
  • Compile and analyze data to monitor program performance
  • Participate in program results analyses and provide actionable recommendations to meet or exceed goals

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • Candidate has 3-5+ years of experience in Marketing Analysis or Data Analytics
  • Prior experience in a marketing department or advertising agency with a focus on performance marketing programs preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Expert level Excel
  • Proficient with Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Google Ads Reporting
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Support our certification program and other tools and processes as required.

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in a marketing or data analytics role
  • Prior experience in a marketing department or advertising agency with a focus on performance marketing programs
  • Adept with SQL, Google Analytics, Google Ads Reporting
  • Experience with reporting tools such as Omni, Tableau, Looker, rampmetrics, Bizible
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience


Nice to Have

  • Exposure to Marketo, Salesforce, Gong, Salesloft/Outreach, AI (copy.ai) and collaboration tools (Coda)
