Job Description: This is a part-time 20-30 hours a week consultant/contractor position.

Aviatrix is searching for a Senior Web Marketing Manager to play a crucial role in optimizing our website and enhancing our online presence. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated professional who is ready to move fast, and scale with impact.

As the Senior Web Manager, you are a data-obsessed, highly motivated and detail-oriented marketing expert who is passionate about creating best in class customer experience. You will be responsible for developing and executing an effective B2B website strategy to drive traffic, increase conversion rates, and enhance user experience for different segments across our business. You will collaborate and work with marketing team members to develop website strategies and optimizations to support campaign and business goals. This role requires strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and a passion for creating exceptional user experiences. Key Responsibilities:

· Own the planning and development of data-driven integrated website projects & campaigns that align with overall marketing strategies.

· Oversee the day-to-day operation of the website, including product launches, content updates, and enhancements. · Effectively collaborate with key stakeholders such as demand generation, corporate marketing, product marketing, design, UX, SEO, and others to build best in-class web experiences and journeys.

· Analyze data to understand user journeys & identify improvement opportunities.

· Regularly report to cross-functional stakeholders on performance, insights, and recommendations to optimize performance & own the follow-through of those recommendations.

· Identify and develop A/B testing and/or personalization strategies to optimize website performance.

· Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure the website is innovative and effective

Qualifications:

· 7+ Years of Website Marketing or other relevant experience with a passion for creating best in class customer experiences and journeys.

· Demonstrated track record of creating and executing website strategies that align with overarching marketing objectives, consistently driving measurable success against defined goals.

· A data-driven marketer with comprehensive knowledge of the B2B funnel, expertise in web analytics (Google Analytics), proficiency in A/B and multivariate testing tools, and experience in content management systems.

· Excellent communication skills, someone who can communicate complex technical details to a non-technical audience.

· Team player, able to collaborate with strategic, technical, creative, and business experts at all levels of the organization (including across remote locations)

· Proven success influencing peers and leaders, across marketing, creative, and engineering.

· A big thinker, someone who can brainstorm and develop out of the box ideas to drive success.

· Ability to move fast and balance multiple projects simultaneously.

· Background in B2B marketing strategies.

Preferred Skills:

· Familiarity with UX/UI principles and tools.

· Proficiency in graphic design software.

The US at plan compensation range for this part-time contractor position is $72-$94/hour. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education.  The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US.
