Role Overview:

We are seeking a forward-thinking Principal Product Manager to lead the strategic evolution of the Aviatrix next-gen platform-as-a-service offering which is one of the top priorities for the company. This role focuses on enhancing our core offerings and exploring innovative ways to deliver our services to meet the emerging needs of our customers. By overseeing the development and continuous improvement of the Aviatrix platform, you will play a crucial role in defining the future of cloud networking and security services enabled with AI.

Responsibilities:

  • Cross-functional Leadership: Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing teams to align product development with market needs and company goals.

  • Strategic Oversight: Direct the product strategy, incorporating insights from market trends, competitive analysis, and technological advancements.

  • Platform Roadmap Management: Develop and oversee a comprehensive product roadmap that guides the evolution of the Aviatrix platform-as-a-service, focusing on innovation, versatility, and customer-centric solutions.

  • Collaborative Strategies: Engage with Legal, IT, Product Marketing, Support, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) to ensure our platform meets industry compliance standards, market positioning, pricing strategies, and delivers an exceptional customer experience.

  • Innovative Delivery: Explore and implement innovative approaches to delivering our platform services, enhancing accessibility, efficiency, and scalability for our customers, that align with a modern NaaS experience.

  • Market Adaptability: Monitor industry trends and adapt platform capabilities to ensure Aviatrix remains at the cutting edge, meeting both current and future customer needs.

 

Qualifications:

  • Professional Experience: 8+ years of experience with proven track record in product management, ideally with experience in successfully launching and leading Enterprise SaaS platforms preferably with cloud networking, security, and AI technology background.

  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding and expertise in one or more of the cloud infrastructure, networking and security platform services like AWS, Azure, GCP, CloudWAN, VWAN, TGW, F5 Distributed Cloud, Cloud Firewalls (AWS Network Firewall, Azure Firewall, Palo Alto Strata, Cloud NGFW), Cisco Meraki, Cisco Networking Cloud, networking & security principles and the drive to stay ahead of industry trends.

  • Strategic Mindset: Ability to think strategically about technology, with the vision to foresee how cloud networking needs evolve and how our platform can meet those needs.

  • Collaboration Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and work collaboratively across different teams and departments.

  • Innovative Thinking: Creativity in problem-solving, willingness to explore new methodologies for delivering and enhancing platform services.

  • Communication Expertise: Exceptional communication skills, capable of effectively articulating technical concepts to a variety of stakeholders, fostering consensus and action.

 

US Pay Range:

The US National annual base salary range for this full-time position is $210,800 - $232,700 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education. [Certain roles are eligible to earn sales commission, depending on the terms of the applicable plan.] The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Outside the US: We offer a comprehensive benefits package which, (subect to regional variations) could include pension, private medical for you and dependents, generous holiday allowance, life assurance, long-term disability, annual wellbeing stipend

Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
