About the Role

Aviatrix, the leader in secure cloud networking, is seeking a highly organized and experienced Digital Events/Nurture Marketing Senior Associate to join our marketing team. The Digital Events Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing virtual events, webinars, and online conferences along with pre-event and post-event acquisition and qualification programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, excellent project management skills, and a proven track record of successful digital event execution and follow-up.


Responsibilities

  • Owns the calendar of digital events in support of demand generation objectives.
  • Plan, execute, and manage virtual events, webinars, and online conferences.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop event content and agendas.
  • Coordinate all aspects of digital event logistics, including registration, promotion, and technical setup.
  • Manage event budgets and ensure cost-effective use of resources.
  • Monitor and analyze event performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Execute A/B tests to drive improvement in registrations and post-event engagement.
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase event attendance and engagement.
  • Create and deliver post-event reports and presentations to stakeholders emphasizing identification of qualified prospects.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital events.
  • Registrant Acquisition: Develop and execute strategies to acquire event registrants using digital marketing and email marketing tools.
  • Follow-Up: Implement follow-up campaigns to engage registrants and attendees post-event and nurture them through the sales funnel.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing or event management.
  • Experience with other marketing functions, e.g. email marketing, paid media, physical events
  • Proven track record of planning and executing successful digital events.
  • Excellent project management and organizational skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Familiarity with digital event platforms and tools (e.g., Zoom, MS-Teams, On24).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools (e.g. Marketo) is a plus.

The The US National annual base salary range for this full-time position is $112,800 - $131,000 + benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education.  The range displayed is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
