About the role:
We are looking for a strong team player who thrives working in an environment
where they collaborate and partner with various functions. As the Senior Director of
Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our revenue
processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and ensuring alignment between sales,
marketing, and customer success. You will leverage your deep understanding of
working in a high velocity sales environment, as well as your expertise in the
MEDDPICC sales methodology, to develop and implement strategies that drive
revenue growth and maximize profitability.
Position Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive revenue
operations strategy that supports our business goals, aligns with the overall
company vision and enhances the customer experience.
Forecasting & Pipeline Management: Lead the development and
execution of robust forecasting models to provide accurate revenue
projections.
Performance Management: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs)
and metrics to monitor the effectiveness of revenue initiatives, providing
regular updates to executive leadership.
Data Analysis & Reporting: Utilize data analytics to provide insights into
sales performance, identify trends, and recommend actionable strategies to
enhance revenue growth.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Foster strong relationships with
marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure seamless
execution of revenue initiatives and a unified go-to-market strategy.
Sales Enablement: Collaborate with sales leadership and the Sales
Enablement team to refine sales processes, enhance forecasting accuracy,
and optimize pipeline management, driving effective execution and
performance.

MEDDPICC Implementation: Champion the MEDDPICC sales framework
across the organization, ensuring teams are equipped with the necessary
tools, training, and support to effectively leverage this methodology.
Operational Efficiency: Identify and implement process improvements to
streamline operations, reduce friction in the sales cycle, and enhance the
overall customer experience.
Team Development: Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing revenue
operations team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and
professional growth.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field; MBA preferred.
10+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, or related
roles, with a focus on enterprise networking, cybersecurity, or infrastructure
tools.
Proven experience working in a MEDDPICC environment, with a strong track
record of successful implementation and results.
Leadership level experience within a hyper-growth stage company.
Exceptional analytical skills and experience with CRM tools and analytics
platforms.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to influence and drive change across
cross-functional teams.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strategic mindset
and a hands-on approach.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple
priorities effectively.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $320,000 - $390,000 OTE plus benefits + 401(k) match + equity. The pay range is determined by the role, work location, job-related skills, level, experience and relevant education.  The range displayed is the minimum and maximum target base salary and is applicable only for new hires for the listed position located in the US. Your total compensation package will be based on job-related knowledge, education, certifications and location, per our aligned ranges.
