Aviatrix Certified Engineer Multicloud Network Training for Cloud Backbone and Hybrid Connectivity

The Aviatrix Certified Engineer Multicloud Network Backbone and Hybrid Connectivity Specialty training was designed to help network administrators, engineers, architects, and technology leaders adopt a clear approach to improve legacy designs and use the cloud service provider (CSP) underlay network to build a cloud network backbone.

The ACE Cloud Backbone and Hybrid Connectivity Specialty training supports the hybrid networking journey from an on-premises edge location (Data Center, Colocation, SD-WAN, Branch, etc.) to the public cloud. This journey is applicable to almost 90% of enterprises and is easily adaptable without changing the design and architecture already in place.

The Aviatrix Secure Cloud Network Platform provides a programmable network, delivered as-a-service on top of public cloud provider underlay. Unlike other Software As a Service (SaaS) solutions, the Aviatrix cloud network is built inside the organization’s accounts, subscriptions, and projects. The cloud backbone is the foundation for building a comprehensive cloud network delivered as-a-service.

The Aviatrix cloud backbone and hybrid connectivity solution provides the features and capabilities to support business-critical applications and overcome networking, security, visibility, and operational challenges caused by native constructs within single or multiple clouds. These challenges are the primary cause of complex operations, failed M&A, delayed migration, increased project cost, and poor application performance if only native CSP networking services are used.

Course Format and System Requirements

The ACE Network Backbone and Hybrid Connectivity Specialty course is in a virtual, instructor-led format with lecture content, demos, and lab walkthroughs.

Duration

4 hours

Course Objectives

  • Adopt a clear approach to improve legacy design and use the CSP underlay network to build a cloud network backbone
  • Develop a modern programmable backbone to build a comprehensive enterprise network delivered as-a-service
  • Deploy applications using best-in-the-class services regardless of underlying CSP
  • Take ownership of network governance, control, management, and data plane

Intended Audience

  • Network Administrators
  • Network Engineers
  • Network Architects

Prerequisites

Basic knowledge of networking and security concepts is helpful but not required. No public cloud accounts or instances are required for this course.

Upcoming Classes

The ACE Program teaches valuable skills that enable engineers and architects to be successful in not just a single cloud, but in multicloud environments, too. Course materials cover the Aviatrix Aviatrix Secure Cloud Network Platform but also offer insight into how to troubleshoot networking issues in the different cloud service providers. I see myself continuing to use the skills I learned in ACE well into the future.
